Is marriage is a scary thing?

Hello lullabyh readers, im here to talk about something serious. About life. Im joking, it is not that serious. But it is something that has always come through my mind.

Is marriage is a scary thing?

I guess it is. It can become scary, miserable and terror. It’s like to gamble your life. You have prioritize everything except yourself.

I heard many version of marriage from my families, friends or even acquaintances. Not only that, we can literally see marriage issue on TV. It is scary. A man who cannot protect his families, man beaten his wife repeatedly, a woman slept with her co-worker, a woman that cannot pregnant so that her husband left her or a man that take control of everything from his wife so that she doesn't has anything left.

I also heard and see two birds loving each other, but got interrupted by third person, their families just because they cannot have kids. Guess what happen? They broke apart.

There also, a toxic marriage where only the partner realized after they get married, where they have to give up their hobbies, they interests, their passion or even things they love. Or break an important bond in their life which is family.

In marriage you will feel a little loss, yourself. Where you have given up yourself for someone, but your partner still didn't accept who you are. Scary.

Also, when your marriage didn't seem to have a peaceful life because there’s no give and take. Only one person do all the housework. Only one side, take responsibility for their families.

But you have to endure and live with it.

Scary.

...............

However, there still few real love birds who doesn't have issues like this and live a happily ever after. I envy them. It’s not easy to find real love that can commit and be responsible for their partner, kids, and family. Love is not enough in marriage.

That’s my two cents, sorry if i hurt your feeling.
